Contributions to Haiti's Emergency Relief Response Fund (ERRF), 2010

Published: February 4th, 2010
Published in: Motion charts, emergency relief response fund, ERF, ERRF, funding mechanisms, Haiti, pooled funds

Since the earthquake that struck the Haitian capital at the start of January 2010, the Emergency Relief and Response Fund (ERRF), managed by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), has received US$72.5 million in contributions.

The current situation in Haiti has changed the ERRF from a relatively small rapid response mechanism through which a few traditional DAC donors could coordinate their funding, into a much larger fund which is acting as an alternative channel for contributions from all donors to the Haiti emergency.

Source data was downloaded from www.reliefweb.int on 4 February 2010. You can access the basic data that created this visualisation from Many Eyes.
